When and where?
The event will be held on Friday 29th November 2019 at Swinburne University ATC building with doors opening at 08:00 and ending 17:00 (ish).
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Swinburne is a few seconds walk from Glenferrie train station.
Tram No.16 stops on Glenferrie Road.
Bus No. 624 travels along Auburn Road, with a 10 minute walk to Swinburne.
We think public transport is a good option. However, if you do drive there is the multi-story car park on Wakefield St.
For more details please see Swinburne’s transport page
Can I cancel or give my tickets to someone else?
You are welcome to send someone else in your place. Please do this through the Eventbrite system.
What is your refund policy?
Attendees can receive refunds up to 30 days before your event start date.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Not necessarily, you can just show your digital ticket at the registration. We also accept printed tickets :-)
Can I pay by cheque, invoice, cash, BitCoins?
No - all payments will be via EventBrite. It’s vastly easier for us as organisers to only accept payments using EventBrite. Please consider using EventBrite with your own credit card, and claiming it back on expenses. The cost is low, so it should easily fall within your expenses limit!
Can I get a tax invoice?
When your registration is processed, you should receive a Tax Invoice. Here is help on how to find your invoice.
